Queen of Pyramids is not one of Playtech’s most popular online slot games, and this is certainly the first time we can remember actually running a post about a good progressive jackpot win playing Queen of Pyramids. So it is pretty cool to be able to post this now.

As we mentioned before, this is not a very well-known online slot, probably because people tend to enjoy playing video slots with more than 9 pay lines. This is, as the name would suggest, an Egyptian themed slot. The jackpot is won by spinning in 5 Pharaoh symbols (which usually act as the wild symbol in other situations) on any pay line.

Queen of Pyramids also comes with a pretty cool bonus feature. This bonus feature is trigger by spinning in three or more Unicorn symbols. When activated, the player gets to spin the bonus wheel, and receives a bonus pay out.

This time around, the lucky player placed a single wager of just over $2, and was rewarded with a progressive jackpot pay out of over $135,000! We really have to say well done, it’d not often we hear about a progressive jackpot being won for such a small playing stake, regardless of the fact it wasn’t a major multi-million win.

Queen of Pyramids is a good progressive jackpot video slot, one of the better ones that Playtech has developed, and it is a shame that it is not more popular. The combination of a minimal number of pay lines, with the fact that due to its low popularity the progressive pool never climbs to massive amounts, work against this excellent slot.
