Secret Santa Slot Full Review

The new Secret Santa video slot game from Microgaming, is one of the most impressive looking Christmas themed online slots we have ever soon. Graphically, it really does bring a traditional family Christmas to life, it just looks stunning.

Secret Santa from Microgaming is a 5 reel online slot game, with a novel 1024 ways to win, instead of traditional pay lines. Now, when it comes to gameplay features, Secret Santa is an online slot that manages to pack in a whole lot. It comes with a wild symbol, a scatter symbol, and also has the two Microgaming patented features Rolling Reels and Dashing Wilds. It also has several bonus features such as Wild Boost, Scatter Spree and a Mystery Multiplier. As if that isn’t enough, Microgaming has also given the Secret Santa video slot a bonus feature. Indeed, we cannot remember ever reviewing an online slot game that has quite as many gameplay features as Microgaming has managed to pack in to Secret Santa.

Wild Symbol:

The wild symbol is one of the major aspects of gameplay when playing Secret Santa by Microgaming. We have a standard wild, and also Dashing Wilds and Rolling Reels, two Microgaming patented advanced wild symbol features that can really rack up some massive wins if the player gets lucky enough. Indeed, Secret Santa is really all about the wild symbol and its three ways of triggering wins.

Scatter Symbol:

The scatter symbol that Microgaming has included within Secret Santa has two functions. Firstly it is used to trigger the bonus feature, and secondly it is used as part of the randomly triggered Scatter Spree feature, where all scatter symbols act as a wild symbol, and the Mystery Multiplier of between 5x and 10x comes into effect. Scatter Spree is a great fun random feature, and a pretty high paying one as well.

The free spins feature that Microgaming has built in to the new Secret Santa video slot game is randomly triggered. Nothing really special here, just 5 free spins, and no win multiplier. However, as it is randomly triggered, we can’t expect miracles. Indeed, it is nice to have free spins included as an extra gameplay feature at all. Don’t expect big wins from this free spins feature, but it’s fun all the same.

Bonus Round:

If a player manages to spin in 3 or more scatter symbols whilst they are playing the new Secret Santa online slot from Microgaming, then the 5 of a King bonus feature is triggered.
